How to use:
1. remove the strap and open the valve.The mat automatically inflates itself.

How to clean and store

About Inflating
Take the mat out of the carry bag and roll the mat out.Open the valve on the mat.The mat will begin to self inflate.Simply blow in extra air to increase the inflation to your desired level.Once completed, simply turn the valve to close it to keep the air inside of the mat.
About Deflating
Deflate the mat on a smooth surface and remove any sticks or stones.Open the valve on the mat by turning it.You will begin to hear the sound of the mat leaking.Fold the sleeping mat vertically and then roll the mat toward the valve to force out air.As you roll,you will hear the mat releasing the air.If you have not heard any air escaping,check that the valve is still open.Once you roll the mat onto the valve,you can turn it off by turning the valve.Slide the compression band on the mat to keep the mat rolled up.Then you can put the mat in carry bag.
