Assembly Instructions:

1. Please check whether your product accessories are complete.

2. Check whether the frame diameter is standard. If your frame has been used for a long time, the diameter will wear and change, which may cause loosening after installation. Please go to the bicycle shop for help.

3. Select the appropriate size. When assembling, please ensure that the diameter of the seat post column is the same as that of the frame seat post, and the size of the seat bow is the same as the seat post column.

4. Choose a suitable length, and when installing it on the frame, please insert it above the safety wire (above 100mm from the seat post connector upward) to ensure that the seat post is better fixed on the frame.

5. Choose a suitable seat post clamp to fix it to reduce looseness during riding and strengthen safety.

6. The port of the seat post can be cut in a regular bicycle shop to meet personal preference.

Precautions:

1, Since the frame seat is 27.2mm, you will need to purchase less than 27.2 caliper seat post to install.

2, Our seat tube diameter will be a little less than the size of the label.

3, Seat post diameter is 26.8 ~ 27.2mm Used in frame seat post 27.2mm.

4, Seat post diameter is 30.6 ~ 30.8mm used in frame seat post 30.8mm.

5, Seat post diameter is 31.4 ~ 31.6mm Used in frame seat post 31.6mm.

6, Some frame Seat post diameter is not standard, which means that the seat post can not be installed, please check that the seat post has to be properly secured with the saddle clamp.

Friendly Reminder:

1,Install the product correctly, please follow the specified tightening torque (4Nm).

2, This product is suitable for a saddle with a hole. If there is no hole in the saddle, we recommend using a hexagon wrench to tighten the screw.

3, Tighten the screws. Since it is made of carbon, we recommend tightening the body to support it by tightening with your hands. Cracks can occur when strong tensions occur.
